• All of our Polo Shirt are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.
• Crafted in 100% polyester with your own design which combines comfort and vogue. This shirt has some great features, it has 3 buttons, elastic collar, and cuffs.
• 12.35 Oz. Made from polyester fabric.
• 3 buttons, elastic collar, and cuffs.
• Extremely soft to the touch, durable and breathable.
• Machine wash cold. The print on the garment body is unable to fade.
• Each is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you. When you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and/or arms due to the custom nature of the production process.

SHIPPING METHODS

• Standard shipping: Standard shipping takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive at your door.
• Insurance (Lost, Stolen, Defective, etc.): Standard shipping + Insurance.
• Expedited Shipping + Insurance: express shipping by DHL and takes around 12-16 days + Insurance.

NOTE

• Your package might be lost, stolen, or damaged while being delivered. Insurance is not mandatory, but we always recommend our customers to choose this plan as the delivery men often leave the package in your mailbox/front yard, which is more likely to be stolen.
• Check the SIZE CHART out for accurate size, and please allow a slight 1-3cm difference due to manual measurement and a slight color variation due to different lighting conditions.
• The design of the final product might slightly shift in position due to the manual cut and sew procedure.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.

Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.
