WE ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Order placed wrong size, variation, colors…
- Want to cancel the order according to personal intention.
- Enter the excess quantity on the order.
Within 24 hours (from the time of successful order on our store), you can request to cancel this order by email to [email protected] about the #order number needs Cancellation: For example, #order is MTE1234567 (1234567: is the order number randomly generated from the Meteew’s store and is on the recipient’s confirmation email when the order is successful)
Our Customer Care Department will receive the request and process the Cancellation and Refund for you within 24 hours of working after that.
CASES DON’T ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- Enter the missing quantity to buy on the order: In this case, you can place a new order to replenish the quantity according to your needs.
- Orders are produced and packaged. After the order processing time (maximum no more than 48 working hours since we receive the successful payment of that order)
- The order is in transit.
- Wrong address: In case you enter the wrong delivery address. Please note: Within 24 hours, you can mail directly to [email protected] to adjust the recipient’s address. We will proceed to complete the order at the new address. After 24 hours from the time of the successful order, if the buyer does not email to correct the new address, the order will be produced and shipped to the customer at the address on the order, and all disputes and complaints later. We will not be responsible for this.
